my p.e
My level of fitness is good I have good stamina because in summer I played street hockey in the sun for 5-7 hours with almost no breaks. Also I have good body strength because I can do a lot of body weight exercises like lunges, pushups, chinups, crunches, dips etc. In p.e I try to have a positive attitude and I am not much of a leader because there is nothing for me to lead. Outside of school i have a pretty good healthy lifestyle because I play hockey with my friends and sometimes play basketball. At home I have unhealthy foods such as pizza, burgers, and pasta but I eat fruits like apples, pears, watermellon. Another type of food I eat is roti and stuff with it which has a lot of protein and nutrients. I have a stressless lifestyle because i just think if I am stressed. I'm in no love relationship but i have a lot of nice friends and some annoying friends like shaun.

You've definitely been a respectful member of class so for Gurpal. As far as gaining stamina from the summer was the 5-7 hour hockey game a one day thing? In order to sustain a healthy heart you should try and shoot for 30min- 1 hour of activity at least 3 times a week if not daily.
ReplyDeleteAs far as not being a leader because "there is nothing to lead" you may want to rethink that statement. It doesn't matter if you are an outgoing person or a shy person you can always take initiative to do something that needs to be done or do the right thing when nobody is instructing you what to do.
Diet wise, always make sure to eat those foods like PIzza, burgers etc. in moderation. A couple times a month would be kind of the threshold of not being too detrimental to your health. Good to get the fruits in but Veggies are even more important. Roti is a nice side food but doesn't really have any nutritional value.
Hopefully in the last half of this semester you can grow in your understanding of somebody who can make a difference to people around over just being a passive participant.
