Final pe blog

I think we are being taught how good it is to exercise and what exercises we should do. I think pe is a good way to stay fit and interact with other people instead of going to the gym to workout by yourself. I would give myself an A and a G. During normal days in pe I just have fun and don't worry about anything else and I have a great attitude throughout the day. But, during fitness days I just focus on doing my best to do better than I did the last time I did it and after I do fitness i feel good. There aren't many obstacles but one big factor that's prevents me is homework and another is my ps3. Sometimes I rush through my homework and don't play ps3. My diet is pretty good I eat protein foods, fruits such as pears, apples, bananas etc, and vegetables. Whenever I'm in pe I'm always and mean always have my strip and ready to do whatever we are going to do. Something that can stop me is an injury is some sort or I just forget to take my pe strip. In pe I try to bring a positive attitude and I put in a lot of effort. On fitness days I put in a lot of effort such as the beep test I try to get at least a 9 or a 10 and on circuits like the locomotion I try to do the activities as efficiently as possible. When I feel uncomfortable I push myself to do a little more. My influence on others are pretty good because whenever anybody says we should stop I say just do a little more. Most of the time I help set up and I am a leader to my friends I tell them to help out with me so we can set up faster. Yes I am a much better leader and I put much more effort to help others too. My goals that I set was to be a better lead to my friends and others and I accomplished it. Also another goal was to try even harder on fitness days and I achieved that goal to so I am very happy of how I have done this semester. This year I have learned I can push myself to do better on fitness and do better than I have ever done before. After pe I am going to make a  routine play hockey and basketball. So I really think I deserve an A for pe.

my p.e

My level of fitness is good I have good stamina because in summer I played street hockey in the sun for 5-7 hours with almost no breaks. Also I have good body strength because I can do a lot of body weight exercises like lunges, pushups, chinups, crunches, dips etc. In p.e I try to have a positive attitude and I am not much of a leader because there is nothing for me to lead. Outside of school i have a pretty good healthy lifestyle because I play hockey with my friends and sometimes play basketball. At home I have unhealthy foods such as pizza, burgers, and pasta but I eat fruits like apples, pears, watermellon. Another type of food I eat is roti and stuff with it which has a lot of protein and nutrients. I have a stressless lifestyle because i just think if I am stressed. I'm in no love relationship but i have a lot of nice friends and some annoying friends like shaun.

P.e

This semester in p.e I have been doing very well. I have been doing very good at participating in games and I try very hard on fitness days. Also I have brought my p.e strip everyday including last Friday for The last day of p.e. This semester I have been more in shape because at the beginning of the year I got 9 but this semester I got 10.7. That shows how much I have improved since the beginning of the year. Another thing I have done well is that I have been working very well with other people like when I play hockey I work well with my team and when I play capture the flag I work with other people to get a flag from the other team. I have had So much fun this year playing games like hide and seek. I think I should get a n A or a B.

P.E

I think I have been doing very in p.e this semester. I have done very good especially in fitness days except sometimes I got very tired and gave up and I'm not very proud about that. I want to try my hardest to improve in my effort on fitness days. On regular days I try my hardest and I work very well with other people in class. I play very well in p.e when I play sports I like. When I play hockey, soccer, or basketball I try very hard. When I try I put in the most effort in hockey because it is my favourite sport. In fitness days I like to do things like beep test but we have not done since the first semester. I want to improve in some areas     like running because I do not have enough stamina. I like p.e and I like what we do and I think I should get an A or B.

interim report march 6

       I think I am doing great in p.e because I try my best all the time in games like hockey, soccer, obstacle kickball, and capture the flag. Also I try very hard on fitness days like the locomotor and beep test. Another is that I always sweat at the end of p.e and I am very tired. I always bring my p.e strip and participate in games. Also I always have a good attitude in class and I am always happy and I never get mad and yell. I am a very hard worker and I work well with my team in games like obstacle kickball and in soccer. I think I can work a little harder and try even harder on fitness days like on the beep test I want to get at least a 10. I think I deserve a G because I work hard and try my best to be cooperative with others.

p.e reflection

In p.e I have mostly been prepared and most of the time I have been participating such as playing hockey and soccer. I try my best to participate and I participate the most on fitness days and I try my best to do good with a good pace. When we have p.e I am happy a lot because I think about the good things about p.e  for e.x I stay fit and I have fun. On fitness days I am probably always prepared and I try my hardest to push my self. One of the best leaders is probably Kabeer because he is a very nice and athletic guy. I would like to try a little harder on the community run because I didn't do very good on it. I am proud of trying very hard because last year I didn't try as much sometimes. I think I deserve an A or B because I participate and try very hard almost every p.e class.
